Custom Database Development Fees
$70 per hour

Payment
A $350 deposit is required.

Balance must be paid to receive delivery of completed database.

Custom Build Time
The custom build process takes a minimum of 10 hours.

The overall process takes between 20-40 hours for most databases. More complex systems require more development and build time.

What You Can Expect
We will meet to discuss the process you would like to manage with a custom system.

A Project Scope that outlines estimated build time, what information will be managed in the system, the reports that will be generated, etc., will be prepared and presented for your review.

If you accept the Project Scope, a $350 deposit will be due at that time.

We begin the design of your custom system, consult with you on finer details as we build.

We will ask for data to be used to test the system calculations, report layouts, query results, etc.

After testing has been completed, we will present the preliminary product for your review on our equipment (laptop). Finalization of the system will be done using your feedback.

A User Guide that includes screen shots will be developed.

We will schedule an appointment to collect the balance due, deliver the final product and user guide, and provide your Primary User overview training.

One or two weeks later, we will follow-up with you so that fine-tuning can be done on the screens, reports, etc., if necessary.

If you desire to have your data uploaded into your new system, we can provide data prep & transfer services for an additional fee.
